The whole show lasts about 60 minutes.

We recommend a visit from the age of 6. Under 14 years of age, an accompanying person is required.

In order to be able to consume and understand the content of the immersive experience, we recommend an age of 6 years and older. Children under this age have free admission, but are not guaranteed their own seat or VR glasses. The fit of our VR glasses is not suitable for children of this age. If there is enough space, children under the age of 6 can of course also use VR glasses if they fit. If this is not the case, they can sit on the lap of the accompanying person and watch the VR film on the big screen (without sound). It is the responsibility and discretion of the parents to decide whether the child can be trusted with the show.

Every 20 minutes the door opens. Up to 30 people can participate in the Experience Tirol per tour. You can find our current opening hours in the footer at the bottom of the website.

Every person is welcome here! However, participation in the EXPERIENCE TIROL is only permitted in appropriate physical condition and behavior. We reserve the right to exclude persons from participation. The personnel must be obeyed at all times.

In the online shop you can redeem your ticket code during the purchase process. Vouchers can also be redeemed on site at the ticket office.

That’s up to your discretion. The show is full of emotions. There are no real frightening moments or strong forces, such as in a roller coaster.

However, we would like to point out that we use fragrances in some rooms (stable smell, gunpowder, etc.), should you react sensitively here.

Our rooms are large and well ventilated. But you are (at most) with 29 other people. It’s up to your discretion if that’s okay with you.

Yes, you are welcome to take photos with your phone for personal use. Filming or photography for commercial purposes is prohibited. For press or influencer inquiries, feel free to contact us at griassdi@experiencetirol.com

No. We have scanners at the entrance. The QR code you received by mail is quite enough. Do not forget to charge the battery.

We are very sorry about that. In order to ensure a smooth process for all our visitors, your ticket is unfortunately not transferable to another time slot.

But sure. Feel free to check out the online store.

We do not have group tickets. But since we like to support families, there is a 10% discount on the total price of all tickets of a family. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Experience Hosts.

We have lockers right on site. And there are more at Kaufhaus Tyrol.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring dogs or other pets into the EXPERIENCE TIROL. We are big animal lovers ourselves. Your four-legged friend is welcome to wait in the foyer with an accompanying person. However, out of consideration for other visitors (allergies or fear), as well as technical conditions, animals are not permitted in the showrooms. We ask for your understanding. Companion dogs are of course allowed in the show with the appropriate proof. For organizational reasons, however, we ask you to register in advance at griassdi@experiencetirol.com.

Currently in three languages. German, English and Italian.

You can find our current opening hours in the footer at the bottom of the website.

Spontaneous, directly on the spot is unfortunately not possible. But after a pre-registration at griassdi@experiencetirol.com this should not be a problem. We are always happy to receive good reports.

No, with appropriate proof in your disability pass, your companion may accompany you free of charge during the show. Please contact us in advance.

Yes. In one of our five rooms we have a very special virtual reality attraction.

We see ourselves more as a holistic, immersive experience that invites you to linger, enjoy and dream.

Yes. We use VR glasses of the latest generation. Easy to use and really really ingenious. But nobody has to be afraid of that. We are happy to help.

No. But many other magical surprises.

Every sight in Innsbruck or Tyrol is unique. It’s nice that we all exist.

There is a lot to learn with us. But of course we are not a museum. But hopefully our show will make you want to visit the museum soon.

In our show you can see many sights of Tyrol. Does that answer your question? 😉

Oh yes! We are the ideal bad weather program in Innsbruck and Tyrol. An hour full of joy. No matter what the weather is like outside.

Our rooms are designed so that you should not get sick. However, if you feel nauseous, please contact our staff. Should you spontaneously want to leave EXPERIENCE TIROL early, all doors in the direction of escape can be opened at any time.

Sure! With a new ticket for a new time slot. We look forward to having you stop by again!

You. Your family and friends. Unfortunately, larger bags, rucksacks, suitcases, baby carriages and other items may not be taken into EXPERIENCE TIROL. However, in our lockers, or in the lockers of the Kaufhaus Tyrol, you can safely store them during your visit. Entry with dogs – with the exception of assistance animals – is also not permitted, as is bringing food and drink into the show.
However, small handbags and rucksacks are not a problem.

We do not offer catering ourselves. However, there are various restaurants and cafés in the Kaufhaus Tyrol for sitting together and sharing impressions after the EXPERIENCE TIROL.

Yes, of course! If you are interested in the history of Tyrol and are open to new technologies, you have come to the right place! In one of our rooms you have to put on VR goggles, but even that is not a big difficulty and easily doable. Not every room has seating. If this is a problem for you because you can’t stand for long, inform our Experience Hosts on site before your time slot starts. We will find a solution together.

Depending on the model of the glasses, it is also possible to put the viewing glasses on underneath the VR glasses. Unfortunately, we cannot make a general statement here.

To be able to consume and also understand the content of the immersive experience, we recommend an age of 8 years and older. Below that, kids get in free, but don’t get their own seat or VR glasses. The fit of our VR glasses is not suitable for children of this age. It is the responsibility and discretion of the parents to decide whether the child can be trusted with the show.
